Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your Rosely account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it — either works, and both remove the same information.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Rosely and go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and associated data are removed right away.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email us from the address on your account with the subject line “Delete my Rosely account.”
Sending from your account's email address helps us verify the request. If you need to write from a different address, tell us the email your account uses.
What gets deleted
We delete the personal data tied to your account, including:
- Your account information (name and email).
- Your onboarding and attachment-style quiz responses.
- Partner details and any notes you added.
- Content you saved or entered in the app — translations, decodes, insights, check-ins, and chat history.
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it (for example, transaction records held by Apple) or briefly within secure backups, after which it is deleted.
How long it takes
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
Important: cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your Rosely account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you must cancel yours through your Apple ID settings or Apple will keep charging you:
- Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Rosely and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel before deleting your account so you don't lose track of the subscription. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
